How does booking work?
You contact me with your needs at jacksonsistersphotography@gmail.com or through my website www.jacksonsistersphotography.ca
We go over your options, pick a date that works for us both and then we confirm that booking with a 50% non-refundable deposit. All deposits are due in 24 hours or they reopen to book again. Once we confirm the date with deposit it cannot be changed. You give me your contact info and I send a guide and directions to you just before your session.
How many images do I get ?
It all depends on the folks I’m taking photos of and the session you book.
All of my full size sessions have a 15 image guarantee. Meaning no matter how the session goes you for sure get 15 quality images. I will also include the extra quality images for no extra cost so galleries range from 15- 75 images sometimes.
Mini sessions are 15 minutes in length or less so have a guarantee of 6or8 images and will (at my discretion) also receive extra quality images at no additional cost, so mini galleries range from 8-20 images sometimes
What payment options are there? When is payment due?
I accept cash or EMT payments for sessions.
Your non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours to secure your session.
The remaining amount is due at your session. No gallery is released without full payment
I prefer not to have my images shared anywhere but to me- is that an option?
No.
In order to be able to successfully run my business it is imperative that I am able to share my art- therefore I only take clients that understand the importance of this. All of my images may appear on my social media, my portfolios, websites, etc. My images are often selected to be published by various magazines as well.
All of my images are copyright property to me the photographer and I release personal use rights to all of my clients when we work together. Each session has a special contract to review so you are aware of these conditions before we proceed with the session. I do not offer exceptions for this and all clients must sign to work with me.
If this doesn’t work for you I can always refer you to other great local photographers who do offer that option!
When do I get my photos?
All sessions are delivered in approximately 30 days from the date of your session. Social media sneak peeks will be shared before the gallery is sent out.
How do I get my photos?
All of the images will be sent to you via a digital download link to the email you provide on your contract we signed. Each gallery expires though so make sure you download them asap!! Each session also receives a special mobile app gallery to view your session on the go- a modern version of grandma’s brag book
My family member has autism/mental and/ or physical challenges can you accommodate us?
Absolutely!I always say normal is setting on the washing machine. Let me know ahead of your session and we can work together to accommodate those special needs wherever and however I can.
Can my pet come to my session?
Pets are almost always welcome to attend outdoor sessions!! The only time they are asked to stay home is if the location does not allow pets. I usually book at pet friendly on leash locations. Simply ask me when booking and I can let you know.
What if the weather is bad for outdoor sessions?
At my discretion, in the event that the weather changes our photography plan I will notify you the day of the session and then offer you a rain date or a roads are closed date etc.
